Middlehurst to Riversdale

Whoops didn’t realised I had already sent my first attempt. Sentiments still stay the same!
Well packed and arrived as planned in Picton they day before we were taking this as a gift for our daughter in the Wairarapa. Overnighted in the fridge and straight into freezer on reaching Riversdale at around 6 pm. We didn’t get to have any lamb but the reports back are that the BBQ shoulder was a huge success. ,
