These lamb ribs are simply delish. Super easy and packed full of flavour. The most delicious starter or perfect as a light main.
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
- 2 TBSP Gochujang paste - we found ours at countdown supermarket
- 2 TBSP Lime Juice or Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Runny Honey
- 2 Cloves of crushed garlic - more if you like garlic
- 1 TBSP Soy or Tamari Sauce
- Some fresh ginger
- Pinch of White Pepper
Cook ribs as per this recipe HERE.
Add all marinade ingredients together. Once cooked add the ribs to the marinade and cover. Leave to sit for a few mins. Pop back into a hot oven/ grill on BBQ to reheat.
