Sticky Korean Lamb Ribs

These lamb ribs are simply delish. Super easy and packed full of flavour. The most delicious starter or perfect as a light main. 

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Sesame Oil 
  • 2 TBSP Gochujang paste - we found ours at countdown supermarket
  • 2 TBSP Lime Juice or Vinegar 
  • 2 TBSP Runny Honey 
  • 2 Cloves of crushed garlic - more if you like garlic 
  • 1 TBSP Soy or Tamari Sauce 
  • Some fresh ginger 
  • Pinch of White Pepper 

Cook ribs as per this recipe HERE

Add all marinade ingredients together. Once cooked add the ribs to the marinade and cover. Leave to sit for a few mins. Pop back into a hot oven/ grill on BBQ to reheat.
