Our Lamb Boxes
Merino - Whole Box (Traditional)
Our Merino Lamb is grass-fed, free-roaming and sustainably farmed. Most importantly our animals have led a happy and healthy life, free to graze as nature intended – this is reflected in the flavour and tenderness of our product.
Merino Lamb is a rich source of protein and high in zinc, iron and vitamin B12.

Since the prompt personal delivery by Sophie. We have been serving up this beautiful soft flavoursome merino to our summer guests. They just rave what clever cooks we are. All you need to do is cook, rest and serve. Nothing flash here it is all about flavour and presentation on the platter with a salad. Blimmin great idea girls. 👏👏
I was fortunate to have the chance to sampling the Middlehurst delivered just recently. All my dinner guests said it was , by a country mile... the best lamb they have ever tasted !!! We barbecued the butterfly and served with an Israeli couscous salad and a delicious bottle of Central Otago Pinot. The problem now , after this magnificent lamb experience, I am totally ruined , as I cannot eat any other brand !!! Well done Sophie and Skye!!!
I purchased a Merino - half box, it arrived on time perfectly chilled and in fully compostable packaging.
I tried the recipe on line and it was really nice, meat was delicious will be buying again.
5 star - Best Lamb Ever !!!!!
The packaging of the Middlehurst Merino enhanced a sense of surprise and delight to our first time experience of Lamb delivered to our city door, from the handpicked rosemary and wool installation within the robust brown box void of plastic … we were not let down by the quality and taste of the product, a lamb sensation where you could literally taste the journey of the lamb from pasture to plate.
My son is an incredibly fussy eater, however when presented with the lamb french rack he proceeded to devour the entire thing! The rest of the family are still dark on missing out! Will definitely order again.
Incredible flavour and great to know exactly where the lamb has come from. Awesome, friendly customer service and the box came beautifully presented and on time.
